It's good to see that the IWA agrees with my stand on the matter of SOFRANIAETH, they have made it absolutely clear as I in this blog also Alan in Dyfed and others in their Blogs, that Nationalists must wake up, wise up and go for Welsh Independence. It is only Independence that will insure as best as possible in this global world, that Wales becomes a Sovereign Nation with seat at the U.N. The difference between myself and others aforementioned lays in the fact that I suggest we got to stop talking and get active on the streets, in the Shopping Malls, Retail Therapy Parks and around the doors. You can have your convention and even cosy pro - Independence Groups within PLAID, as I think Adam Price recently set up but all this will be to, no avail unless we get up and out and talk to our people about Welsh Independence.

Why? is this so important, well in the main because, wake up but so few Welsh People read Welsh News Papers, Listen to Welsh Radio or watch Welsh Television at all. Then of those who do, even less watch the news or current affairs programmes, the amazing thing is that years after S4C was supposed to resolved certain issues, still 100's, if not 1000's of ''Hwntws'' tune into West Country TV. I am told that many in North East Wales, tune into Granada. Add to this that many News Agents in some areas of the South do not bother to sell the Western Mail, plus the ''Digi - Box'' will make it possible for 1000's, perhaps the majority of Welsh People to avoid any Welsh TV. Of course exiles in England can get Welsh News, but will there be any postal vote in any referendum on a Parliament for Wales? hopefully, maybe including an Independence Question? So what choice have we got but to get on the street to get the message across.

Though I do not seem to be convincing many of you out there, that this is the positive route forward. Disappointingly, very few people bothered to meet in Machynlleth on 21 June 'Dydd Sofraniaeth' to discuss my proposed SAVE OUR SOVEREIGNTY Campaign. I see little hope of the support improving enough for an S.O.S. Meeting on or about 16 Medi 2009, possibly on Saturday 13 Medi 2009 before being preferable. This date preferred by a few, as on the following Saturday many Patriots will be going to the National ''Southern'' 'Dydd Glyndwr' three day event at Abercraf, organised by the Sleeping Giant Foundation over 19, 20 and 21 Mis Medi. Whatever, I cannot make it to any of these events for personal reasons, and on the whole I very much doubt if there is any serious interest in my proposed S.O.S. campaign. Plus maybe, there is no need for such seeing as Adam Price has set up a pro - Independence Initiative within PLAID. All in all, being taken into consideration, despite my not being a supporter of PLAID, if it's a choice between the Devolution Status Quo Political Parties, and PLAID seriously going for Independence, then I say all Welsh Nationalists should support PLAID. I must be mellowing with old age, as I suggest that PLAID is given a chance up to, and including 2011 to deliver the goods? If they do not, then what?

By then I will be too old to care any more, plus I am a bit concerned that Adam Price is still talking of coalitions with Tories and Liberals. I have also seen a report in the Western Mail that indicates that the politics of Wales could over the years ahead change radically with the Labour Party being no more than a ''RED RADICAL RUMP'' in the Valley's whilst the rest of Wales is a Nationalist Green in ''Tiroedd Cunedd'' and a Tory Blue for much of old ''Marcher Walliae''. If such were to occur, even I would have to reconfigure my politics and political allegiance, I think in all honesty I would have to move left. Maybe, with the Parliament for Wales matter and ''Independence Issue'' Referendum out of the way, we could afford to allow the luxury of a kind of ''Welsh Political Normalcy''. If Adam Price and Wiggley et al led PLAID towards closer links with a ''New Welsh Nationalist/Cultural Conservatism'' with maybe Tories and Liberals as allies would such as Leanne, Bethan and others of the PLAID LEFT go along with this, or would they seek with other left elements to establish a truly INDEPENDENT PROGRESSIVE DEMOCRATIC WELSH LABOUR/SOCIALIST PARTY?

Times ahead could get very interesting, not least if our very own ''Northern League'' of Llais Gwynedd continues to successfully erode PLAID fortunes in Gwynedd, perhaps expanding into the south western 'Pura Walliae'. Whatever, I will leave others to bother with all this, if nothing comes of SOFRANIAETH in Corwen on 13 Medi 2009 then I suggest all Sovereignists rally within PLAID INDEPENDANCE INITIATIVE, to sustain a ''Ginger Group'' pressure to get the Campaign on to the streets as the Scots did to good end purpose. Whatever, I do suggest strongly, as many Patriots as possible visit Corwen on 13 or 16 Medi 2009, if for no other reason that to visit Llys Glyndwr and see the new Glyndwr statue.

An ANTUR GLYNDWR - ARDAL MACHYNLLETH has been establised with purpose of annually organising 21 Mehefin 'Dydd Coroni Glyndwr' Commemorative Celebrations, please give them your fullest support in helping to build up the greatest of annual National Glyndwr Festivals - GWYL FAWR CORONI OWAIN IV. I am told that next years event will be launched on Monday 21 June 2009 and continue through the week, with main events and activities being held on Saturday. Further Information in due course.
